Customer Reviews
Creekside Apartments Hickory, NC is awful they have a huge rodent infestation that continues to grow and the buildings need maintenance work above and beyond what the one maintenance man can provide. They continue to raise the rent with little to no amenities. This apartment is the worst and I would never recommend anyone to live here. Response to Creek-sides Comments: As you can see there are multiple problems with the apartment complex. I have forwarded all of these pictures and videos to your corporate office through the email have have given me. Not only do we pay a fee for pest control every month of $10 and facilities fee of $20 these issues are still not addressed. I have lived my whole life in the mountains of NC and I am an avid out door person knowing how to handle the wildlife
It's been absolutely a nightmare trying to get approved for an apartment and I am requiring to speak to the manager of this realtor agency now I need to call them and file a complaint. They did not notify me, my application was denied and because I waited, I lost everything. My brother is in the hospital, my therapy dog is gone, my place to live is gone. My job is about to terminate me. This was my first time trying to get my place on my own and it's been a terrible experience where I'm not sure what's the point of trying to survive anymore. No matter how hard I try to get everything in order....I failed. So, what's the point?
If i could give this apartment a zero star i would. When you see the review about the rats its not a lie. We lived at Creekside for 10 months and of those we lived 6 months with RATS not mouse but big Rats. They only did something to resolve the rat issue when a tenant called Hickory Code Enforcement. They now have huge roaches going up the side of the building. No repairs where ever done to the apartment. We moved in with promise to repair the doors and floors but never was done. Had heating issues all through last winter of 2024. These apartment are defiantly not worth the 1300-1800 they are asking for. And management will never respond to any calls @ Creekside or Capstone. I would stay far away from these apartments or talk to other residents that live in these apartments. I would post
I posted about how my apartment was hit in the drive-by. Corporate/Management waited 4 days before reaching out to me only to say that the incident "did not occur on their property". My unit was struck from a private road. My unit is property of Creekside Apartments. It is therefore their property. When I called them out on this, they told me to direct all inquiries about this situation to the police. Staci Cobb, the district manager, absolutely refuses to pick up the phone, return my calls, or respond to my emails. Instead she is too busy trying to lie in Google reviews. They've been receiving calls about the people involved since February and failed to do anything despite admitting they violated the lease several. Now this. Blatant negligence.
I've had a flooring issue for over 5 months and they still haven't fixed it. Just stay away from this place honestly. They're not great. Edit: it wasn’t fixed. I have two different style of floor now. Plus they kept telling me “tomorrow” every time I contacted them. But I just got an email about my lease renewal and they only offered me 3 options. The cheapest being $2200. Stay away from this overpriced place. They do nothing on time. Not even inspections. Which they told me they would still come in and fix the rest of my floor. (They haven’t) EDIT 2: they have FINALLY fixed my flooring. And they offered me a $300 rent credit IF I sign a 13 month lease. They said they would email it to me and provide that to me. THEY STILL HAVE NOT. avoid all CAPSTONE properties and avoid creekside. I’ve
