Creekside Apartment Homes

Lived here a couple of years and will continue to renew our lease. Jocelyn Phillips the manager really cares about Creekside Apartments and tenants. I have seen many improvements to the complexes since Jocelyn has taken over. Maintenance request are always done in a speedy manner for us and we haven’t had any problems in our apartment. We love living at Creekside Apartments.

Water fountain is unkempt, which is heaven for mosquitos. Apartments are old but still decent. Some apartments have very old carpet but look fluffy after they cleaned it for hours. There are water leakage ALL the time as drain system is in the ceiling. Two good things about this place: it's quiet and the manager who is nice.

Office hours Per the posted, good luck. It is more like 10-5 with an hour lunch break. The central facility pond system often sat stagnant and was great for attracting insects. The apartment was a good size for the value in the area. Daily trash dump divers and none were ever asked to leave. VERY uncomfortable when living nearby (hidden cameras, sure). Management requests; rarely rushed. NONE of the window screen fit so opening left plenty of space for the overly friendly nats. Earwigs were a continuous issue. Although there was monthly pest control service, no one ever treated the patio. The patio was never used except to clean away cobwebs. The patio wood was decaying. For the entire 9 months, the dishwasher did not work. I was promised a repair but always "after" the current vacancy. Up

I have lived at Creekside apartments for years and I love it... I love being in town next to shopping schools River walk park and restraunts. The apartments are nice clean quite well kept. Apartment manager is nice understanding respectable. Love going to the pool in the summer and the spa in the winter.

I've lived here for over 6 years, not once have I had an issue that my apartment manager hasn't handled in a friendly and timely manner. All my friends at work are jeleous of where I live because of the location and what I DON'T have to deal with ( loud neighbors, partiers, grounds crew, pets.....) I'm thankful to have a Manager that is taking care of her business and staying on her game! Well done 😆
