The ownership is a joke, management is a joke, maintenance is a joke. They hire electricians that ain’t even certified. THEY ARE SO CHEAP!! There’s a water bug issue in just about every building I shouldn’t have to ovoid going on my back porch in the summertime because there’s giant bugs walking around. Like get it under control! Then have the nerve to call it quality living on there papers they hand out about there complaining about the “rules” that no one follows and then never does anything about it. And on top of the they jack your rent up once a year like $50-$70. There’s a bunch of kids running around unattended. They just let anybody move in out here if you care about your quality of living FIND SONEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE bc this AINT IT!

Feel free to look elsewhere for a place to live. My car got keyed at this location and was told that the apartment stores security footage. I then had the police come to look at said footage only to be told that they didn’t even have the footage because the security cameras around my building weren’t working. As far as maintenance, it takes several work orders for a simple issue to be resolved. My AC was blowing hot air at some point, took several work orders for them to eventually replace it even though it was evidently broken. I have a leak in my ceiling that was “fixed”, yet I still see water stains on my ceiling.

Management seems to show favoritism to certain tenants, letting them brake the apartment rules even after people complain to them. They just send text messages to everyone about the rules being broken and nothing happens or changes.

Creek ridge crossing is a pretty decent place to live that is very affordable. I lived in rocky mount at this property for 3 years and the only complaint i had was the disgusting roaches due to dirty neighbors.

A friend of mine lives here. She enjoys living here. The complex is always clean and quiet when I visit.
