CREC Property Management

My experience with CREC has been great for the past four years. I always receive exceptional customer service and support from Latoya, the Maintenance Director. It is tough as the owner not being on site when things need repair, however Latoya is very thorough when obtaining details of any service requests. I always have a lot of questions and she is nothing but patient and professional. She always makes me feel a part of all decision making and keeps me informed from start to finish so I know what’s going ok at the property. I appreciate the extra time and attention as it makes me feel comfortable with all work being done when needed.

I’m a local Realtor, and I recently worked with McKenna while helping one of my clients secure a rental. She was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She answered every inquiry quickly (which is rare in this market!) and made the income verification process seamless for my client. The property she managed was the first one we’d seen in a month of searching that was truly move-in ready and clean, which says a lot about the level of care she and her team put into their homes. And, Latoya does a great job in protecting the properties from maintenance problems in a cost effective way as well as ensures all property laws are being followed to protect owners from potentially litigious tenants. Christen McConnell! What more can I say about this wonderful woman. She helped my husband and I sell our previous home and get into our new build. My husband and I had so many questions because we had never ventured this experience before and Christen was there through every question or concern we have and always promptly reached out to us. Her communication skills are spot on. She is very forthcoming with information, professional, and so knowledgeable in this field. I will definitely be working with her in the future.
