Crape Myrtle Villas

Current resident since 2019. We absolutely love it here. The property is lovely and my neighbors are so very nice. Eric is over maintenance and does a fantastic job keeping everything up-to-date and working. The Management company is top notch and I never have to worry about anything when a problem arises. Jazmine our property manger is very responsive and so easy to get a hold of and talk to. She is absolutely the best. Thank you for taking care of my family Jazmine!! This is hands down the best place to live in Ellis county!

I have lived here since 2016. I love it here. I’m proud to call it home. When I moved in the original owners took care of us. Since they sold the property, we have had several different managers. I must say some of them left things to be desired, but I also must say our current manager, Jasmine, is awesome. She is very conscientious about her job. She sees to our needs. She is very friendly and has a beautiful smile. The last couple of weeks have seen things being brightened up as the doors have a new paint job and new easy to see apartment numbers have been added. . She makes sure that if we have an issue, it is resolved quickly. I plan on living here as long as I am able to be independent and able to take care of myself. Jasmine is one of the reasons I want to stay here.

Jazmine is doing a great job as property manager for the new management company. Communication is excellent. Upgrades are being made. The grounds are being properly cared for. Security and safety is being addressed. Jazmine is very attentive to needs and requests. The community is becoming a place once again that you can be proud to live in.
