I have lived here for many years, and the two people who truly make a difference are Sam and Joselyd. Sam is reliable, kind, and always willing to help. He treats my home with care and takes the time to make sure things are done right. Joselyd is thoughtful, responsive, and always makes sure concerns are heard. She is the kind of person you want as the face of a property because she genuinely cares about residents. They both work extremely hard and deserve to be recognized for the positive experience they provide.

Joselyd, the property manager is the sweetest ever and goes above and beyond for anything. She made our whole move in process so easy! Our apartment looks just like the pictures! She makes living here that much better. Great place to call home!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been living here for a little over a year, and honestly it’s the worst places I’ve lived. lack of basic cleaning and maintenance is really bad. The gym is extremely dirty. I’ve only gone a couple of times since living here because it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The floors and equipment are filthy, so it’s basically unusable, I wish I could upload pictures so people could see the real condition of this place. The hallways and stairs leading to the apartments are also not taken care of. They might vacuum once every few months, if that. Most of the time there’s dust and dirt sitting there for long periods. There’s only one super, and when that person isn’t available, there’s pretty much no help. Management doesn’t seem to care

I am a current resident at Cranston Hall and the property manager Joselyd is very helpful and kind. She assist and helps her residents and treats all of us like family. She cares and is always trying to help everyone.

The worst place to live . There is only one maintenance man . The leasing Manager HORRIBLE !!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOUR TIME . They let us out of our agreement because of roaches mice and some people I knew even had bed bugs. Not a good place for kids and the leasing manager is very disrespectful when trying to speak to him and can cause you to get out of character. So just be level headed and if you can don’t live here lol . And they tow your car and disable people to park all the way on the other side of the building because there are only 4 visitor parking . And they tow past 930 pm, dishwasher never got fixed . Was suppose to get new carpet they just cleaned it. Dead mice in basement and in house .
