Crain Flats

This studio is a fantastic example of efficient and modern urban living. The open-concept design feels surprisingly spacious, and the large windows provide abundant natural light, making the space feel bright and welcoming. The local food spots are close and they’re plenty . The management aren’t difficult to get in contact with and my concerns are fix in an efficient time manner .

I have loved living here. Germaine has really made my experience a great one. He is always answering my questions and assisting with what I need.

The upgrades are modern and thoughtfully done—It’s clear that the management has invested in making the units feel like home. The location is convenient, and overall, the community offers solid value for what you get. The management company has also been great to work with. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely seem to care about the residents and the community. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the market for a comfortable, updated place to live.

The price alone is worth it!! The renovations are done well, grounds are well taken care of, and staff is amazing.
