Crafton Place

I do not recommend this place. Yes it cheap if you need a place to go for a time. But this place sucks. The people are rude, and annoying, you cars and home gets broken into often. There are roaches everywhere no matter if you keep your home clean or if the pest control comes it doesn't help. The home is just spit shined to look new. And they have added a massive cleaning charge. You now you have to pay for the paint and carpet job. Your deposit doesn't go to that no more. Once you move they go through see what damages are left and you pay a big fine for it. Like I said if you just need a place to stay for a time until you get on your feet. Watch your back and get out quick. Not worth staying here other wise.

One of the worst in Fayetteville!!! Apartments are not clean they take forever to fix anything the ladies in the office are rude!!!! All of them!!! They don’t give the property managers number so you can voice your concerns!!!….. this complex is made for young people who are getting their first place or college kids!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Save up and move somewhere else!!!!

It's kind of affordable. Maintenance isn't the best. Appliances are old and breaking down. Went from a toilet constantly running to it not flushing at all when they came and fixed it. Real quick to take their money on the first of the month but not to keep anything up in repair.

I’ve lived in these apartments for over two years and here are the main pros and cons. Overall, if you are a college student on a budget, these aren’t that bad for a few years. I’ve never had issues with my car getting broken into or anything like that. REQUEST A 2nd FLOOR UNIT! You will thank me later. Pros - very close to campus - inexpensive - two bedrooms - leasing and maintenance staff (majority of the time) - access to trail and park area Cons - paper thin walls - trashy neighbors - littering EVERYWHERE - no amenities

Personally, if I could give this place no stars, I would. Absolutely, under NO circumstances move here! This place is GHETTO. Very! Poor Property Manager. I’ve had the same reoccurring issue for 3 months and it has NOT been resolved. These people do not care about your safety, quality of life, or the standards for the property. Seriously. Just save yourself the time and headache and just don’t move here.
