The consultants at CPP Realty were great at helping me explore another option when faced with my father's pending foreclosure. The guys were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped my dad navigate his way through selling his property and getting the best deal. In the end, we did not have to sell but we would wholeheartedly recommend the services of CPP Realty. They are amazing!

A friend mentioned CPP Realty in passing, and so when I recently began searching for my new apartment, I decided to give them a call. When on the phone, I realized CPP Realty did not provide the services I was looking for, shame on me for not reading, but they were very professional in explaining to me what they do and was kind enough to provide me with an adequate referral to another realtor. So though I did not necessarily use CPP’s provided services, I felt the need to write this review because of how refreshing it was to deal with a business who still remembers common courtesy and who are truly polite, patient, professional and understanding.
