We were looking for a masonry to do pointing on our home, due to a leak thru the bricks on the first. floor. I called Blessed Builders, Mr Singh returned my call and came to the house to give us an estimate. We found the estimate to be fair.. He also gave us the addresses of homes that he had done in the neighborhood, so that we could see for ourselves how good his work was. After checking his workmanship, we decided to give the job to Blessed Builders. We were very pleased with the work. However, we discovered that the glaze that was placed over the brick had leaked onto the roof of our Bay Window in the living room causing it to be discolored. We called Mr Singh and told him what had happened. He immediately came to assess the damaged for himself. He offered to replace the roof himself.

Mr Singh of Blessed Builders did a excellent job installing my fence around my house. His crew was very professional and he took pride in making sure I was pleased with their work. I consulted with other contractors and he offered me the most fair price. I definitely recommend Blessed Builders.

03/22/23 Me and my wife hired Mr. Singh to replace concrete on my driveway and at the back of the house and replace the chain link fence into vinyl fence at the driveway. They damaged the plants and the pitch on the side of the house was low and when I told Mr. Singh and his staff, they said that it was good. The next day I used water hose to show him that the water was going to the foundation of the house. They tried fixing it but the water is going 18 inches from the foundation instead of going to the street. May 17,2023 I notified Mr. Singh that there is a 6 feet crack on the concrete at the back of the house and he said three times that he will come and fix it. It is now May 4, 2023 and still no show. About the Vinyl fence that they installed, it was not straight.

Mr Singh maybe I will have your attention this way.My balcony that you waterproofed a few month ago have cracks everywhere.I sent you a few messages that you promptly responded that you will come over and fix them.Never came obviously. Please call me so we can solve this problem and repair this problem .(218th street)
