Covey Chase Apartments

A wonderful place to live. MS April and her staff are extremely nice and friendly. And help their tenants in anyway they can. The neighbors are friendly, but not nosey. And it's pet friendly. I love living here. I've had some issues,at first, But Ms April and the staff are extremely helpful and supportive of me. And I couldn't ask for better managers.

I really enjoy these apartments they are spacious and well-maintained. You can tell that the on-site manager and the on-site maintenance person really take pride in their work! They are very friendly and quick to answer concerns. They listen to the community if there are any complaints and are quick to resolve any issues inside the apartment units. It’s generally a really quiet place to live and safe to raise a family. I just can’t say enough about the maintenance man and our on-site manager! They deserve so many raises for all that they do. Which include decorating for holidays, celebrations, contests and more! Rest assured, rest east, you know what? Just plain rest here at covey chase baby! Whhooo!

I truly love loving here. I just can’t say enough good things about the manager and maintenance. April was such a huge help during the application process, and my neighbors are amazing. Definitely consider this apartment complex.

Don't visit your friends or family that live here. The owner will have your vehicle towed for no reason. I would rent from anyone else on planet earth. Makes me wonder how much the owner gets from the towing place. Sure sounds like a scam to me.
