Coves North Apartments

Great views, great neighbors, the place is free of trash like other places I’ve been to, and Andraya the complex manager is hands down the best ever!

The internet shows great pictures of these apartments but seemed old so I drove around to see how they looked. The roads within the place is terrible, its trashed with furniture and tables or appliances within the dumpsters. The prices seem decent which means it’s a highly area of people being possibly kicked out. Clubhouse is subpar with a small pool. Move on.

The only nice thing about these apartments is the location. Other than that everything else is terrible. Upstairs neighbors are extremely loud I can rarely get sleep. Laundry room always has someone’s clothes in there and when you report it they just put a lousy sign up that nobody reads or cares to follow. The dog poop is disgusting it’s everywhere stepped in poop several times walking to my car and trash. Speaking of trash it’s always full. people from the neighborhood swing by and dump in it. I’m paying for the trash yet people come by and use it for free. You’ll also notice on the third floor everyone leaves a ton of stuff like blankets / clothes hanging to dry , bikes, trash etc. my upstairs neighbor leaves trash and it drips all over my door mat it’s gross. AC leaking for 8 months, so naturally they put a small bowl to stop the issue. It also spontaneously stops working. Emergency maintenance line redirect's you to a (less than enthusiastic) operater in a different city claiming the property manager has been contacted and should hear from them anytime. It's 97° outside, we live on the top floor with a toddler. The inside temperature was 95°. After contacting at 5pm waiting for hours for a response I called again. It was then 8:45pm. After asking for the Manager Phone number so I could contact them myself I was told I wasn't allowed to have it and shouldn't worry because I was due for a phone call or maintenance visit any time. To confirm the last three reviews: They are racist. In addition, they are the WORST if you have a disability, NON-INCLUSIVE, dis-honest , complete Scam-Artist. They threw myself and 16-year old son out with 48 hours notice. We lost all of our belongings Before that , they called us repeatedly and left harassing messages. We had no air conditioning for an entire summer, mind you my son has a disability that affects his ability to regulate body temperature. I guess They served an under age child with eviction papers while I was at work. The list goes on and on. This place should be reported. Do not give them your money/business.
