She made me feel so comfortable and did not hesitate to answer ANY question I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and as a result I have a wonderful home that Leonard and his team also took the best of care with down to the smallest detail. Despite assurances that our earnest money would be refunded after deciding not to move forward, they refused to return it, even though we were not under contract for the build at the time of cancellation. They initially pushed us into a new build despite knowing we needed to move quickly. Their preferred lender imposed unreasonable restrictions, delaying financing by six months, contrary to what we were promised. After canceling, we were presented with conflicting information on the earnest money amounts. Their lack of transparency, accountability, and poor customer service has forced us to take legal action.
