We love our Ravenna home. Bryan went above and beyond in meeting our needs. He truly exceeded our expectations. With any question or concern, he was responsive and resourceful; always showing us friendly compassion. Our home buying experience was fantastic and now we have a home we love.

Working with Ravenna and Bryan to build our new home was better than my previous 2 home builds. The communication from Bryan was outstanding and he would answer any and all of our questions(and we asked a lot) and helped walk us through the process and even helped us estimate the final cost on the home(including an very high level design process) before we signed so we knew would be able to afford the home even after design. Would highly recommend Ravenna and Bryan for a new home!

We absolutely love our new home. We shopped many builders and different developments, we felt Ravenna was higher in quality than others and the workmanship really shows. They resolved even the most minor issues prior to move in and the construction manager followed up after move in to make sure we were no issues that needed attention. The sales consultant, Casey, was a real pleasure to work with. She was very professional and guided us through the process. The mortage company that Ravenna partnered with was incredible, they performed a miracle and got us financed with a non-conventional loan in very short period of time, which saved us and the home builder alot of money. The entire team worked hard to get the deal done. We would not hesitate recommend them and use them in the future.
