I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a management service. Our neighborhood is consistently feeling harassed due to the assigned property manager Dimitrie sending letters instead of focusing on their duties. There is bird feces all over the common area which has been unaddressed and they need to be hounded to get someone to mow the common areas. They truly serve as middle managers to suck up money and barely work outside of the one inspection a month. Following that inspection they send a bunch of letters and don’t actually take care of the common areas. Members of our board have actually stepped down due to their mismanagement practices.

Relatively useless management company. Just drive through our neighborhood and observe, very much a joke

Snow removal is never done in a timely manner and the grass is not cut regularly.
