Me and my fiancé recently moved in and we love it! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Keisha, The assistant property manager helped us through our whole process and made it fast and easy. And all the women at the office are very helpful!!

Great improvements under new management! The new management team is working hard to bring the property to higher standards and it really shows! Maintenance is fantastic- quick to respond and always addresses issues promptly. It’s great to see such dedication to making this a comfortable and well-maintained community. toured Courtyards by the Lake and I’m seriously impressed! The community is beautiful, well-kept, and has such a peaceful vibe. Amelia, the new property manager, was so welcoming and friendly. she made the tour super easy and really took the time to answer all my questions. I’ve love it here. the property is clean and well cared for, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. You can tell they really care about their residents.
