Courtyard Villas is a great place to stay. A place where safety comes first and a clean environment to raise your kids and family. The staff have worked overly to keep up with the property and to ensure that the residents are satisfied. But you will always have those individuals who always have something negative to say no matter what and how hard the management and staff accomplish on this property. Courtyard is not for everybody, but I can certainly say being there over a year it has came along way and it is definitely worthy of your stay. Come and check it out for yourself and let you be the judge of it. But I can assure you that along with the new management and previous management Courtyard been at its best And will continue to be at it best. The new renovated units on the property

Not that bad not that decent! Friendly neighbors. Just mind your business, kept aware of your surroundings and unit and you’ll be fine. New Management is ok. Guy is slow on work orders but he is the only One Certified.

Poor place to live. Unresponsive Landlord. -the ADRESS DOENST EVEN GO TO YOUR HOUSE.! I CANT EVEN ORDER AMAZON BECAUSE OF MY ADRESS! Who has an Adress not connected to you OWN HOUSE!!! -whoever “renovated” it did a terrible job cleaning up after themselves ,dust and dirt caked onto the floor. -We had a fridge breakdown that took weeks to get installed back in AND bugs int he old one -Roaches infested in the house, they just live in the walls now,only seen at night now o - had a clogged tub AND sink drain with mounds of hair that the previous land lord should have and could have gotten out but didn’t for some reason - Painted over walls and HALF of the sockets in the House do not work. - took me and my roommate at least 3 months to get our AC fixed and when we did we had an was a installed

These apartments are not too horrible. They do not have central heating and air they have window units that are attached to air ducts to spread the air conditioning around the apartment. They do offer weekly and monthly rental options. overall not a bad place to live but it does have its share of drug dealers and crime. But it is not too bad and I have not seen it on the news at any time recently.
