Courtyard Village Apartments

Management was very helpful and walk my boyfriend through everything and never hesitated to answer any of his questions. Very grateful for Anastasia. She was polite and very professional would definitely recommend this property to family and friends

These apartments are great ! I recently moved in, and I’ve been so sleep deprived I thought the security of my place was not secure but after spending some time here it’s really quiet, the neighbors and staff are friendly and the pools and property are clean. The only issue is My parking spot is too small.

Apartments are quiet only issue I’m having is A/C but they gave me swap cooler and washer and dryer making noise other than that apartment is cool

Ever drive by this place and notice bars over the patio railings on the second floor? well that was me and I lived there almost 6 years. Only reason why I’m giving 2 stars because it was the cheapest place you can get around that area with a decent looking apartment. It was an ok place to live up until 3 years ago when they raised the rent and the following started to happen. If you like homeless people breaking into cars and sleeping on the stairs next to your unit, rude criminal neighbors that party several times a night, all night throughout the work week with the crack head homeless, loud cars racing ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT, roaches, cats EVERYWHERE, Pigeons EVERYWHERE, along with poop EVERYWHERE, 10 day wait for maintenance, even if AC unit is out in the summer expect to sleep

I lived there in 2014 and 2015 when Mike and Lee were the Management and then Jaime took over I never had any problems with Management or neighbors the only issues that ever came up were issues my ex created, I loved my apartment and the rent was always the same price each month no fluctuation as some do! My apartment was spacious and the tile flooring and butcher block wood counters in the kitchen were a huge plus!!!!
