Courtyard Park is now under new management. Unfortunately, Mr. Charles posted an inaccurate review following an incident in which he became verbally and physically aggressive toward staff, including the use of inappropriate and disrespectful language. Our team maintains high standards of professionalism, respect, and safety for all residents. We are proud to provide a warm, family-oriented community with beautifully remodeled apartment homes and competitive pricing. Our community will continue to be a wonderful place to call home.

I’ve visited clients here and honestly the manager is amazing. Ms. Whitney works really hard to make this community better and you can see the effort she puts in. Some of the negative reviews on here seem a little over the top and don’t always tell the full story. I have friends that live there and they told me how hard she is working and how disrespectful some of the residents are to her when they don’t get their way. From my experience, Ms. Whitney has been a blessing to this property and actually cares about the residents and the place improving.

Dealing with bed bugs, roaches, and mice at the same time. Spending money to try and stop it. It doesn't matter how clean you keep your apartment, this building is infested with all of them. I've been here only 6 months and this has been a problem. I'm stressed out and moving from here ASAP. I strongly recommend not leasing an apartment here. There's more going on than what I mentioned. Dangerous area. It's horrible.

Definitely needs much improvement. When you don't have an option but to live here, be prepared for ongoing nightmares. Management here is the worst. Resident endangerment is high here. It's one of the nastiest places I've ever seen. People urinate and defecate in the stairwells. Roaches and bedbugs are out of control. It's not worth the money. And they continue to raise the community fees for utilities. There are so many water leaks that keep the water bill high. We have to compensate for it 🤔???

Has a bed bug infestation through out whole building. Admitted by maitainance. Lady in office don't know what she is doing. Last time I went someone was being carried out in a stretcher to a amulance
