Courtyard Gardens

Things are not what they seem, I moved out of this property because of bad neighbors, roaches, and poor management. I lived here for 7years, never paid rent late, moved out and cleaned the apartment, I am still waiting on my deposit. It’s been over 30 days now!! I bet if I was late on rent I would be sued by now!! I don’t like the way business is ran here!! if you looking to move here, you will have trouble of some kind that’s for sure so keep looking because bad neighbors, bugs, dirty hallways and bad management is waiting for you.

I can honestly say everything went great the process was fast they were consistent with the communication and very nice and respectful overall my experience was great and I love my new place!

I love my apartment and they did a great job listening to what I was wanting for location within the complex of my apartment. Nice and quiet (majority of the time) which is perfect for my early schedule and my rescue dog. Awesome price for what you receive! Only complaint is that some other tenants with dogs don't pick up after their dogs. Probably should enforce a rule. I'd highly recommend this place to a friend. They're also very upfront about everything so I didn't have any surprises. Haven't lived here long but I have faith that God put me in the right spot and that they really will continue the great service. Edit: Ended up a not-so-great experience. I don’t recommend living here under any circumstance. They seemed to have changed but the company is just as grimy as before. Roach in
