Courtyard Apartments

I came to this place last year trying to find the office to talk to someone about leasing a 1bd room and accidentally opened the door to the laundry room and there was a person living in the facilities I mean had music going and a sleeping bag spread out on the floor and everything he pushed the door back closed at me like I was disturbing him I politely got my self back into my car and drove away it was crazy didn't even continued looking for the office!

Under new ownership & manager. They have gutted the inside putting all new flooring, appliances etc... They are still in the process of upgrading the entire complex. The mgr. takes her time & is never on the property. Reaching her is a problem. She gives you 3 different move-in dates before you actually get to move-in. If you're in a rush to move this will cause a problem.
