I just want to say I’m extremely frustrated with this leasing office. I had a tour this morning scheduled for 10:30. I received a text from a Nicole a few days ago asking to reschedule but on the website it didn’t allow for any other rescheduling besides wednesdays. I emailed the property management email address and someone named Remmy confirmed my appointment time and said the office is open on Wednesday. At this point Nicole hadn’t responded back to the texts either about scheduling, so i thought it was safe to assume that the appointment was confirmed since it was confirmed by Remmy. I received a confirmation email AND text this morning regarding my appointment. I had to take off 2 hours of work because I do not live nearby only for me to arrive and when I called to see where the leasi
