Bolsa Row Apartments

I’ve lived here since 2024; the community opened in 2022. I wanted to share an honest experience to help prospective renters know what questions to ask before signing a lease. The location is very busy. Units facing the main street and intersection experience frequent noise from traffic, sirens, emergency vehicles, accidents, and ongoing road construction. Since I’ve lived here, the shopping center adjacent to the property has remained under construction and has not yet opened, so the expected on-site retail options are still unavailable. Building-wide fire alarms occur periodically (about once every couple of months), often triggered by smoke from other residents’ cooking or vaping in the hallway which affects the entire building. There is a monthly amenity fee. The pool is not heated

Very delayed review but I’ll get straight into it. Pros: Not bad for the price, gym is niceish, the front desk and maintenance team are very nice people, very quiet apartment, and relatively safe. You can’t go wrong with it if you NEED an apartment in Westminster. Cons: tenants are very rude with many of them being elderly that do not understand common courtesies, the parking garage is weirdly structured with it being way too narrow plus the drivers are beyond horrible , I have almost had my car hit every other day, the technology is a bit outdated with the key to open doors taking forever, the mailroom was always a mess, the moving out process was annoying with the loading zone being so far away from the elevator, the area around this apartment complex is some of the worst I’ve seen, th

This review is delayed, between moving and work I kept forgetting to write a review. Recently worked with Tyler to secure a new apartment. The experience was great and I highly recommend him and the moving company that helped me (Moving Packing Group). I was traveling for work and had limited free time throughout regular business hours. Tyler was accommodating to my schedule and was very responsive to my questions and concerns about the lease. The building is very safe. The location of this complex is Orange County in the heart of Little Saigon while being located between the 405 and 22, making it easy to drive to various nearby cities. Beautiful apartment. Like a resort, everything need a FOB to get around. A bit pricey for 1 bedroom. Very convenient area if you’re an Asian.

I've been living here for the past year and a half: all of which has been a delight! Tyler and the front desk management team have been a breeze to work with. All of them have been kind and considerate during the entirety of my stay. I haven't worked with the maintenance team all too much, only for annual check ups (thankfully!). All of them have also been kind and courteous as well - not too mention, very timely! The apartments themselves are nice and luxurious, the upkeep of the apartments themselves are fantastic as well. All of the appliances in my place are new and holding up nicely! I really can't recommend this place enough, fantastic management, community, and property! Thank you all!
