Courtyard 465 Apartments

We've lived here for over a year now and had a great experience with the company as a whole and the staff. The complex is kept clean and the staff responds quickly to maintenance requests. In addition there's a great BBQ area and a salt water pool that is well maintained. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for a spacious, up to date apartment in a quiet but friendly neighborhood.

We have absolutely loved living here for almost 2 years! When I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment, they were so kind about getting the door unlocked for me right away! When we first moved here, my daughter instantly called it home. I love that it’s so close to the bus stop so I can get to work without worrying about being late, and so close to my baby’s school. We’ve had a few maintenance issues but they were so quick to resolve them. And I love that they are pet friendly! It really is a good place to live, and it’s so beautiful!

Clean, quiet, and up to date apartment. Neighbors are friendly. Always greeted with a kind word when you go to the office. Prompt attention to issues (only had one and it was taken care of same day). Fun events in the office to celebrate different occasions.

I love living here! The apartments and new, the layout it great and the price is fair for everything you get. There is always someone in the office which is so nice! And everyone I have interacted with so far has been kind and helpful.

When we first moved in this place was great. Everything was fixed. Snow was removed. Garbage was picked up. But now, garbage hasn’t been picked up in over a month now. The snow hasn’t been removed. When we have tried to get our fridge fixed they keep just telling us they have other things going on and still haven’t fixed it. If you want to live here keep in mind the management they have right now does nothing at all and your rent doesn’t go to what it should.
