Worst complex ever right now my mom and her attorney taking out a lawsuit for them. My mom moved since December and she can't get her the deposit these people are low and unprofessional. My mom love to warn before she takes action. She warned them now it's action time. You will pay more than 400 bills now. She calls non stop no one answers. Don't rent over here they don't do anything and that new lady in the office worst than the others.

I've been living at Courtney Park for three years, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Management seems indifferent to residents who genuinely want to keep their apartments in top-notch condition. Despite multiple requests for paint to maintain my apartment, the administration consistently denies my requests, insisting that I have to pay for it myself. This policy makes no sense, as they'll end up spending significantly more to repaint the apartment after I move out. The property management appears to be more interested in frustrating tenants into leaving so they can collect deposit fees. The exterior and hallways are consistently dirty, and amenities like the promised grills are nowhere to be found. The pool is perpetually dirty, and any efforts by residents to maint

If you are planning on moving to Courtney Park please don’t, this is what you would have to deal with and see everyday. Trash is everywhere, the gate has been broken for months. I’ve seen rats crawling around the trash and raccoons. Paper and trash always on the ground around the apartment area. It’s not worth it for the price you have to pay for rent. This place is disgusting. If I can give no stars I would.

If could rate 1 start I would since last year august I been complaining about mold in the apartment and not is done since. I went back in January and I report it again because I have both my kids in the apartment especially my 7months old baby that’s been exposed to the mold and still are. April is a bad manager I went to her so many times and she keep telling me it’s not mold to the point I have to get a mold tech out of my pocket and pay. After 2days the results came back they found mold in the apartment and in the air as well I went back 3 days after providing them with the results and April told me she gave it to her boss there’s nothing she can do until this day ntn is done the worst place to live they don’t care about you but want to collect rent every month . They make it a really big deal if they don’t like your car. I own a 2020 Ford and got into a minor accident where the font bumper cracked and they have threatened to kick me out and have my car towed. I find condoms all over the place and management is never here to be found or help with an issue. Apartments are way too expensive for what you’re getting. Several people here have been robbed. DO NOT LEASE HERE. WORST CHOICE OF MY LIFE
