Courtland Ridge Apartments

Love the location, the price and my apartment! Been here for 4 years. BEWARE: If you are a non-smoker do not come here!! You are allowed to smoke cigarettes and weed in your apartment! SInce it's an apartment you also share vents and your place will smell like weed mainly and sometimes cigarettes. I wish I would've have known that before moving in. And there is nothing they can do about it. I have tried everything in the 4 years! Now I can't afford anywhere else so im stuck. Also street parking sucks.

I would not ever recommend living here. Office staff is not friendly, very unprofessional. Maintenance doesn't do much but walk around and talk to people. He is very nosey, likes to get into peoples personal lives instead of doing his job. The place is very gross. Pool is nasty not cleaned when it is open. Laundry mat is very small and does not work well. Have to end up going somewhere else to do laundry. Place should be shut down. I would give no stars if I could. List could go on.

I lived at Courtland Ridge Apartments from 2016 to 2019 never had a problem until I put in my notice that I was moving then they decided to keep most of my security deposit for things that they said they replaced that weren't fixed that weren't even there there was no screen in the living room window but I got charged for a $30 screen you won't get your deposit back I don't care how neat you are and they're nice to you until you want to move and now I have to take them to small claims oh and did I mention that people sleep in the hallways underneath the steps ? I would have gave it a zero rating if it would have let me continue but you have to give at least one

I currently live here. The manager is great, very friendly & gets things done. Maintenance always addresses any problems in a timely manner. Yes, the buildings are older. But everything in maintained very well. Including grounds, trash, pool, etc.

The maintenance guy tho? DUDE IS AWESOME SAUCE !!!! Literally Great guy, very personable, and knows what he’s doing! He’s fixed a couple things in her unit and is a overall great guy! Landlord is absolute buns tho , very unprofessional and rude as hell.
