We were seriously disappointed with our closing experience. Our sale was supposed to be recorded and the wire sent on Friday, but due to errors and inefficiency on their end, nothing was completed until Monday at 1 PM. Because of this delay, my husband and I were unable to access our new home as scheduled. That meant paying additional costs to extend moving trucks, rescheduling movers, unnecessary stress, and ultimately having to cancel a long-planned Thanksgiving overseas trip. This was a preventable situation and caused significant hardship. Bottom line: do your job. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company—go somewhere else.

Shawn at Court Square is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They have a gorgeous office space that is very easy to find in a great location.

I engaged their services more than a month before closing, and they delayed my closing 2 weeks, first because they were unavailable for a week due to training and second because 2 weeks after they were supposed to finish something they urgently needed me to sign a waiver to let them access the info they promised me two weeks earlier. Finally the ignored instructions on a bank transfer and caused a paper check to be sent, delaying other processes

Their communication is terrible. They waited until the last minute to contact. Then, they had to be badgered for tracking information for something that required a signature. They said that they could do a video call notarization, but then on the day of said it had to be either a computer (they knew I was working), or an iPad. They have no respect for legal names, resulting in a delay for a deposit. Also, can someone please explain to me how you get "Ruth" from "Rose", and why it wasn't corrected after it was pointed out the first time?!

Thank you guys for such fast and effective closing on the house. We are so pleased with the entire process. Lauren, thank you for taking care of us.
