I have been living here with my wife and kids. For almost one years and 7 months. Don’t give me wrong it’s very nice apartment. But for the ppl who live in this apartment some people are very rude and no respect for one other. For some people need to cool it and respect people home and there pets. Give them only one star. Nothing wrong with the manager and stuff are very nice and you much fellow the agreement under the lease.

It's looking decent at the moment. Need more security walking around inside (mostly)n out. But make sure they are doing their job respectfully n Safely PLEASE

I lived here since 2020 my window has been cracked by neighbors kids I have told the manager they said it isn’t bad for the rent I pay I expect my window to be fixed or have SOME respect other than those mangers laughing at me for no reason the whole first floor was FILLED with shitty water and it smelt horrible for DAYS we couldn’t flush the toilet or anything my carpet has been horrible and I been complaining about it I lived here for 5 years at this one it’s reasonable wear and tear and they still proceed to laugh at me for no reason the managers don’t help they don’t answer ANY phone calls not even the number they have posted on their office I have left multiple voicemails etc so they can get into contact with me still haven’t I have tired of the racism the mangers have toward me I ge

They never call you back. Ever. They accept all these applications, posting "apartment available" on all these different websites, when ultimately they have none available. They collect all these applications and app fees for them to never call you back. My best friend and I both applied, for a 1 bed, 3 bed apartment, neither of us got a call and it has been over 3 months. Was trying to avoid homelessness by applying in advance, but they don't call back applicants or they show favoritism. But after reading the reviews I'm glad we didn't get called. Do not want to deal with roach infestations.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. Nobody in that office do their job. They’re lazy as ever, they only do stuff on their time. Do not waste your time here! Trash all around.
