County Management Services did an absolutely terrific job plowing the roads and parking areas at Beacon Hills Condos during a massive snowstorm. The conditions were extremely challenging, yet their crews worked tirelessly—day and night—to make sure our community was safe and accessible. A special call‑out to Caroline Jennings, who went above and beyond by providing frequent, clear updates to keep residents informed throughout the storm. Her communication made a big difference and was truly appreciated. We are very grateful for the hard work, dedication, and professionalism shown by County Management Services and their entire team. Do not be fooled by the fake reviews. Go and visit a property they manage and speak to anyone and you will see how TERRIBLE this company is. The staff is rude, condescending and downright nasty and the owner is the worst of them all. I don’t say that lightly. Took months of calling every week, emails, and finally falling through rotted wood and a lawyer to get a deck replaced. Neighbors all have had the same experience. Took 7 years to paint that we were told would be done in 2. Everything is done at the utmost minimal level of effort.

County Management Services has been our property manager for many years. We on the board have found our relationship with them to be quite positive. Gary Knauf, owner, property and site manager brings a great depth of experience, in-site and knowledge to facilitate the ongoing operations of our community while focusing on the continued maintenance and enhancement of our property. His council and guidance have been invaluable. In addition, our new project coordinator and facilities manager assistant, Caroline Jennings, has demonstrated a commitment and responsiveness unique to this industry in my experience. I don’t hesitate in recommending County Management to any condominium association seeking a trusting support team.
