I only have one rental property but these guys treat me like family and a VIP. This is a young rental management group but they are the best in this state of FL. The owner is prior retired Air Force military which continues his 3 core values to this day. Integrity, Others before Self and Excellence of what this company does. I had Sundance for a longtime until the owner hired a manager that now lost its good service. All American Realty is 1000x better than all these rental management. Expedient and quality service. Fast, great proactive service and recommends what is affordable and cost effective on maintaining and managing your rental property. Excellent in screening renters. Highly Recommend these people to manage your property😊

I had the most terrible experience with this realty group. I worked with Leslie and Brian Solarek and eventually their “boss” Tom Wells. I ultimately lost money, time, and endured a great deal of problems solely due to my realtors through out my entire buying experience. The lack of experience and mentorship within this group heavily impacts its clients by leaving them vulnerable with poor representation. If you’re interested in experienced agents that value your business and person OR inexperienced agents that with oversight value your business and person, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This group cared about the sale and profit no matter its impact on the people involved. Unethical and immoral practices and all around a sad experience for what should have been the most exciting
