Sara Francisco is the best and most efficient manager so far; she keeps her commitment to make our stay here comfortable and works around causing the least inconvenience to residents. She is very approachable, kind and responds immediately. The property maintenance team is great, they are very professional and respond quickly to resolve issues reported. Jimmy is respectful and proficient.

We lived in Countrywood for about two years and our time here was very good. Sara is a very friendly manager who really helps the residents. Throughout our time here, all the service request were also met promptly. Loved living here.

The best leasing office staff especially Yolanda, she is awesome. She approved my application in 30 minutes and gave me keys to move in 2 hours. Super fast service from Yolanda. She is compassionate and most transparent. Service staff is quick and they fixed my apartment keys in 10 minutes. Overall, I'm very happy living in this apartments. Plenty of trees, flowers, and simply feeling like Home.

Good apartments and community. Would recommend it to others to consider this as an option. If you are planning for renting one go for plan "B". Staff is good and helpful specially in this pandemic. Thank you "Crystal" and "Estacia"

I had an appointment for 12/16. And I tried all day from 11 am to 3pm to call the Leasing office for one simple question there was no answer all day and my phone went on voice mail. I booked s toured online and when I reach their office dot at 3pm the office said they were away until 4 pm. How ridiculous is that. I drove all the way from Dublin. Getting a confirmation email that I was scheduled for 3 pm and I reach there to see no one there. I waited and wasted one hour only to come to Fremont.
