Countryside Village Apartments

I have been visiting with my girlfriend here at this complex and have seen nothing but disgust and it's sad that this place charges this much and most people can't live comfortably, she has been living here for 6 years and the hole you see in the bathroom ceiling this makes the 3th or 4th time this has happened to her. They will not fix things. she has expressed to me that she doesn't want to move, but feels like her hands are tied and she has no choice! Matter of fact her electric bill was around $1000 dollars in July because they refused to fix her AC the right way. Granted she was given a rent credit for that month, yet that electric bill remains unpaid in full because she had to choose between rent or electricity. I moved in with my friend, she had been there 2years & 4 months. The pool is never clean, they make u take everything out of cabinets to spray for roaches, it's like moving every2 months, crazy. We had to run due to infestation of roaches. We even had to leave her living room furniture, bedroom furniture because it was all infested with roaches. We couldn't cook for the bugs diving into our food, waking up with roaches crawling on us. Terrible place to live, & the manager is hateful, snobish. Do not move in .

I had a fantastic experience moving into my apartment, the cleaning team did an amazing job – everything was spotless and sparkling clean. The staff was also super helpful and welcoming, making the transition smooth and stress-free. I'm loving my new place and the community so far!

Absolute worst place to live in. Their maintenance is garbage, along with their property staff including management. This is the SECOND year in a row where we’ve had no AC in the summer. They simply don’t care at all. Last year, we didn’t get a unit for AC placed until August, same thing this year. AC issues started back in late May and they come to check it out once and say that it’s been fixed but then the next day, it stops working. The big issue this year is that the big AC fan outside has gone down, and it’s made this loud noise and for some reason, that doesn’t concern them? They’re doing all these stupid little promotions to move in because they are flooded with bad reviews. They’ve changed all around staff, like crazy. The staff and maintenance are good people they always help me out when I needed it, other tenants not bad you just got to understand your in apartments and people gotta let loose from time to time, overall it was pleasant place to live and I like this Management and maintenance team they have for 25-2026 much respect from me and take care.
