I as many people right was going through some hard times and was having a hard time getting the down payment up: I I was only 3500 short by the crazy thing is that I could pay the land note every month and they could’ve had a long term contract. My truck needed emergency repairs my partner and I have two autistic kids and a small landscaping company and we worked our hardest and had the whole down payment but the vehicle needed to be repaired. Instead of either giving us back the down payment or just allowing the 1500 I had already put down they extend it and gave us more time to come up with money. Stole my earnest money after delaying settlement a month ( breaching our contract) requiring me to sue. Not to mention they took over 1 mil in ppp money. Not nearly enough employees for that. See you soon Mr. Root!

Bought land down in botetourt county! They owed money to Aep to get power ran to lot! After many months of being told they had paid aep they finally did! House is 1.5 months till move in ready and no power yet and check just cleared a little over a week ago to AEP! Be careful with these guys
