Country Woods at the Colony Preserve

Gated community. Parents bought here took over the 2 years to be completed. All these places keep in mind if you are moving from a place to here you won't know exactly when building it all will be completed to be move in ready. Prices are for standard items, upgrades $$$$ remember looking at the models they show alot w upgrade items just like all other places. IE: crown molding, different fixtures, different paint colors, stainless steel you pay extra. Not sure if all but they got 2 driveway end unit. They promise more and give less!! Read between the fine lines. During your walk-through, take your own notes. Do not go for closing until, promised tasks completed!! Hold back $$ @ closing until every detail is up to, "YOUR STANDARDS!" Document everything pertaining to taxes, timeframes, incomplete construction/details no matter how small and COMMOM CHARGES, when the other sections/units are not yet sold, or c completed!!! Take pictures to your attorney at closing!
