Bailey Home Inspection

I would recommend Bailey home inspection to anyone! He accommodated my last minute request and inspected my townhome the next day. He was extremely thorough and provided a very detailed report shortly after, complete with pictures, explanations and recommendations. He was super friendly and kind and went out of his way to answer any questions and to show us his findings.

2 broken toilets not on my inspection report. Deck damaged boards not on my inspection report. Bathtub gap was not included on my report. My insurance company threatened to drop me cause of degradation, and severe signs of tearing that was left out of my report for my roof. I asked for a refund for my payment and still waiting...
