Absolutely love not only the property but the staff as well. Everything is very well maintained and anything needing fixed gets done in a timely manner! Lexi in the office is so helpful and kind with everything!! The maintenance staff are always nice and take care of issues almost immediately!! Will definitely be recommending this property to more family and friends!!

Ive been here 3 years and never had a problem with anything. I love everything about this place. The office staff is always there to help in anyway. And available to help walk you through any issues that may arise. The maintenance staff has always been friendly and repairs are done in a timely matter. The repairs have also been completed in a professional way. The grounds are always kept nice and clean throughout the complex. The community is nice and everyone is respected here. It seems that we all look after each other. It’s a very safe place to live and there are cameras on every building. The complex has events throughout the year that brings everyone together to help you get to know your neighbors. The rent, to me, is lower than any other place in town. Recently moved in, and the process from applying to moving in was great! Lexi at the front office is very helpful, and we love the apartment. We moved into phase 2, and the apartment is great, neighbors are quiet, and traffic coming through has been conscious of pedestrians. Any issues we had with the apartment were resolved quickly. The only reason I did not leave a 5 star review is because walking the dog is like dodging landmines - pet owners do not clean up after their pets and leave piles of poo.

I live on the phase 2. The apartment is nice and spacious. Love the appliances and the way everything looks. Any issues I have had they come and fix right away. Very quiet and comfy place to live at and no problems with neighbors and the staff is amazing they are very helpful and nice. Their gym is also a plus new and a lot of stuff. The place is home for me!
