If anyone can direct me to JOESPH BURGOS THE OWNER THAT WOULD BE GREAT !

Worst apartments ever. The maintenance takes forever to attend to the issue. The manager is a total d bag(Betty). The rent is ok but the manager just messes it up and has the worst attitude. I told her about a bedbug problem in 3 different occasions over the course of a month. The last time I told her was with a video of bedbugs crawling on the walls and roof and floor of the room and she said "Oh my yeah those are bedbugs, well you can sleep there one more night" and a week later and still nothing. I couldn't even sleep in the apartment anymore.

This place is dirty . the showers dont work . and the managers are racist . only like hispanics. No blacks. . nor whites .

The recent renovations have been amazing and has really brought the property up.

So many cars and not enough spaces.kids running around with no one watching them.
