Country Oaks

Bad experience multiple times during my stay. Poor quality equipment in apartment and poor maintenance. Had water leakage in kitchen multiple times and had to trash all food items. They didn't provide any help in cleaning the mess. Also, no good amenities. Beware, they will put hefty move out charges. If you decide to move in, expect rude and nasty treatment from the management, especially from Nathan.

I've lived at Country Oaks for over 8 years now and overall I've had an excellent experience! The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and have addressed each of my infrequent concerns quickly and completely. The management is communicative and, especially in recent years, reaches out directly and personally to ask what I might need or can be improved. All that combined with excellent proximity to food and entertainment in and around the Cedar Hills Crossing Mall and BGs Food Cartel, and TriMet buses and light rail at the Millikan Way Transit station (all in easy walking distance), I've found Country Oaks to be an excellent and affordable place to live.

I lived here between 2014-2024. I moved in on an existing lease and took it over. These places are overpriced for what you get. Spacious sure, but the hell you'll experience in dealing with management when you have a problem is not worth it in the least. I survived many different managers while living there, but Nathan is the absolute worst as mentioned in other reviews. He drives his motorcycle or jeep or shiny black car with golden rims to work just to drive home that he's a class above you, and his corporate responses to your issues will leave you feeling like a pest in your own home. They'll shut water off for hours at a time without any notice, and Nathan is too lazy to send an email about it half the time. He cant be bothered to actually do his job because he doesnt seem to conside

Save your money worst management ever so quick about sending out notices but wont care if you need maintenance in your apartment. So quick to leave notices on your car's windshield for no reason can't even get his facts straight haha nate 🤡

The office manager Nathan is completely RUDE & insensitive towards the people who live in these apartments. Probably the WORST management I’ve ever had to be in contact with. I’ve spoke with many people who live in these apartments & they agree how rude he is towards people who have children! This property site needs to do better!
