Country Manor Apartments

I had the pleasure of living in Country Manor from 2023-2025 and had a wonderful experience. They have done so much work in my 2 years there to beautify the complex along with the apartments. A quiet, safe neighborhood with great neighbors! Maintenance was always quick to respond when needed and Mary there to help. The 1 bedroom is spacious, yet cozy and the bedroom closet - incredible. I highly recommend!

A peaceful place to live with supportive staff and management. Surrounded by great places to eat and convenience. The tenants here are quiet with no loud partying ever. Family oriented and friendly vibes all around.

Terrible experience for my fiance and I. We went in to do a rental application in desperate needs of finding a place to live due to my change of jobs. Being that I knew someone whom lived year many years back (which was beautiful at the time)I figured, hey, why not try here since I had a nice experience years back. Went in to do application, than the showed us the unit next door which would be given to me if approved., The unit had MOLD all over the bathroom and bedroom walls. The carpet felt mushy when walking on it as if it hadn't been replaced since this place was first built, and the stove was disgusting. Being that i had faith that they maintenance would clean the place up since they were asking for such high rent, I continued with he application. While in the office doing the applica

Place is nice but management and neighbors are horrible. Management made me and my fiance get rid of our 6 month ESA dog. Dog had all the papers and all. They worked with us to get the dog in since he was a pitbull. Apparently the neighbors complained many times our dog was barking late at night and making noise. Our dog is usually asleep by 1030-11pm. Since people complained about "noise" our dog is no longer with us.

Poorly designed and bleak looking property. When it rains or snows the water pools in the walkways and makes a nasty mess. They are over priced. Another $100 a month and you can get a better place. But I also understand that another $100 a month can be too hard too. A 2 bedroom here should be $1100 to $1200.
