I had an excellent experience renting my new apartment. From start to finish, the process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive—they answered all my questions and made sure everything was clearly explained. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised, clean, and well maintained. I truly felt supported throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place and a great team to work with!!!

The apartment is good and overall met my family’s needs. However, we experienced several issues during our stay. The first problem was the air conditioning, which worked very poorly and did not cool the entire apartment. My daughter’s bedroom, in particular, was very uncomfortable. In addition, the dishwasher stopped working properly and became almost unusable. I had to stop using it for about four months. We opened a maintenance request, and although maintenance came to the apartment, the issue was never resolved. After we moved out, we received a letter stating that we would receive a refund of $648.
