Country Club Place

I’ve had a great experience living here. It’s a nice, quiet, and very friendly community that truly feels welcoming. The office staff are amazing and always communicate clearly and professionally. They’re helpful, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Special shoutout to Lace Lee.She was incredibly kind, helpful, and made everything so easy. Also maintenance is very fast on time and reliable. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with great management, I definitely recommend this community!

These apartments are spacious and well-designed. Lace, our leasing agent, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire leasing process. She answered all our questions and concerns with kindness and professionalism. The process was quick and hassle-free, and I highly recommend this apartment complex.

I’ve been living at Country Club apartments for two years now. The place is friendly and safe. One of the biggest complaints when you live in an apartment is the responsiveness of the maintenance crew. The maintenance guys here at Country are great and are very responsive. I just wanna give a shout out to Chris. He always does a great job and very responsive.

We just moved in & it has been great so far! Dennis was a huge help with showing us the apartment the same day we called, was very attentive during the entire application process & has checked in after we've moved in. We had a leak from our dishwasher & maintenance replaced the entire thing no issue in just a couple hours! The complex is incredibly peaceful & we are LOVING it so far!

If i could give them a -1 Star I would. Most IMPORTANT KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AS TENANTS. AND CITY CODE VIOLATIONS IN ST CHARLES CITY. CHARLIE IS BACK MANAGING THE PROPERTY- IT HAS NOT BEEN GOOD SINCE HE LEFT. SO HOPEFULLY IT GETS BETTER. This is the most recent. The roof panel above my front door has fallen apart. The insulation is showing and destroyed, and debris is everywhere. That is due to raccoons and squirrel infestations getting inside the roofs. The raccoons tear into the roofs, causing it to leak water when it rains. They have traps set up for the raccoons and squirrels. The animals are attracted to all the garbage. You pay for trash valet. But there is no trash Valet anymore, but you still pay. It was an 11 and 8 year old that choose what trash to pick. And then their father driv
