Country Club Apartments

We have resided at Country Club since 2010, and in this apartment since 2012. TBH there were some miscommunications after Levco took over. But after some back and forth, Levco corporate came to me to resolve them. In particular, Kristi Presley has been very helpful. I believe we are all now on the same page, and I plan on living here for many years to come.

Myeshia was amazing! She listened and helped accommodate exactly what we needed. We had an answer the same day and moved in 2 days later. The move in process was very smooth and organized. Definitely recommend!! The apartment has new appliances and is very clean. We are very happy with our choice to move here.

I moved here with my son around October of 2025. When I got the keys and went to clean my apartment before moving in. I found dozens of cockroach eggs and dead roaches. I brought it up to Myesha who told me that I had already accepted the keys and would have to keep the apartment. She was very disingenuous, rude, and condescending. My son began having allergic reactions and rashes. And I was finding cockroaches alive, and dead everyday. I only stayed maybe a month before I moved out. The pest control is highly inefficient and the whole place looks nice on the outside but was honestly traumatizing to live in.

Myesha was so kind and helped us through every step to get us to our new home.

I’m so excited to be a part of the community it’s nice and quiet, the property manager Myesha Akridge was very professional and helpful with the process she’s so nice.
