Country Aire Apartments

By far one of the nicest and well managed places I’ve ever lived. The new to us manager, Amanda, is amazing and understands PEOPLE. She goes above and beyond whenever she can and is just lovely. People are so kind and it’s such a safe little community. I have just really enjoyed my time here.

Amanda went above and beyond during our stay here for the past 4 years. She was always available for any concerns and made our stay incredible!

I just moved into Country Aire Apartments at the beginning of this month, and it has been the smoothest transition of any building I've lived in (even in a pandemic!). Samantha, the property manager, is very responsive and has been a huge help throughout the process. The building is clean, quiet, and everybody seems respectful. I'm loving my time here so far!

I honestly loved my experience with Country Aire Apartments. I had the pleasure of living there last year. It was Highway close, extremely quiet and peaceful. The facilities were clean and well kept. I was new to the state of Wisconsin from California. I found the Country Aire Staff to be friendly, warm and compassionate people. Samantha, Darla & their Team are amazing. Any questions I had or calls to maintenance were handled immediately and professionally. I found my neighbors very respectful and friendly. I highly recommend the Country Aire Apartments to everyone.

We had heard and read so many great things and then we found a few negative reviews! We decided to schedule a showing anyway! We are so glad that we did! We absolutely love the location! It’s quiet but so close to everything we enjoy! We instantly fell in love with the property, the apartments were so clean and well taken care of! Maintenance has been so great if we have had any issues! They were resolved in a timely manner! The manager is always available and quick to respond! We appreciated that so much! I don’t know how she does her job so well dealing with so many different people! I definitely couldn’t do it! But we respect her for all her hard work! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great property to rent!
