Counselors Title is one of the best settlement companies in the DC metro area. As a realtor, I have used others that do not match Counselors in professionalism and expertise. The attorneys are extremely adept in their field and teach many of our continuing education classes. They are always available to offer insight and advice on real estate laws and regulations. We used Counselors Title in the summer of 2017 to purchase our condo. Using Counselors was a request from the seller so we didn't know what to expect. We were purchasing a condo that had been rented out for many years and recent renters were living all over the world.
