We had such a wonderful experience with Counselor Realty last summer, especially working with Sandy Jackson. She was professional, knowledgeable and extremely tactful. What my husband and I especially appreciated was her helpfulness after the closing and The Who-to-call-for-what assistance has been invaluable...especially after getting us linked up with her son, Luke. Everyone we’ve talked with at Counselor shows such caring and friendly helpfulness. We’re sure our purchasing experience would have been 180 degrees opposite of this had we not worked with Sandy and Luke Jackson. Can’t recommend them higher.

We had the pleasure of working with Sandy Jackson (with Counselor Realty of Alexandria) as our realtor to find our home in Alexandria, MN. Sandy worked incredibly hard and was incredibly patient with us, showing us countless houses over a long period of time. As we were moving from out-of-state and being new to the area she was able to answer our many questions and help us become more familiar to the Alexandria area. She is very knowledgeable, fun & really great to work with! She assisted us every step of the way from initial showing through to the final closing of our new house. My wife and I were referred to work with Heidi Schroeder from Counselor Realty. We were a bit skeptical at first because we've never sold a house before. Heidi laid out a solid game plan for us, and made the entire process seem so simple. Heidi was always there for us anytime we had a question. My wife and I are VERY indecisive, but Heidi was so patient and understanding. She also was able to point things out that we may have not otherwise thought of.
