Our experience with Coldwell Banker Realtors was not good. On our closing day we were told that our final walk through would be while the previous owners were moving out, which I had never heard of anyone doing before. We were told that they would clean the house after they were done moving out. We agreed to it, because it is what worked for everyone. Huge mistake. Big carpet stains that were hidden, seemed like no one vacuumed in 4 years, fridge had molding raspberries in it, flour spilt in the cupboards, the list goes on. I picked up 4 trash bags full of garbage out of the pole barn. We brought this up to our Realtor and were told there was nothing we could do, as the previous owners have no obligation to clean the house. Is all of this our fault for agreeing to do the final walk through

If it was possible, I’d give negative stars. Went into the building to check it out and was rudely approached by a woman who said, “this is a business” and “what do we need?” Instead of greeting us kindly and respectfully. We immediately walked out and took our business elsewhere. Don’t go in there unless you “need” something or you’ll be treated with the utmost disrespect.

I have yet to find another group more dedicated to serving the consumer in a collaborative way. Great team and great work!
