Council Place Apartments

I have enjoyed my stay at Council Place. Management are very kind and respectful ladies. This property is kept clean and they do their best to stay on top of maintanence. As I stated the office managers Chrystal and her assistant are very nice people. I recommend this property for reasonable rent, maintanence, cleanliness, quiet, no problematic neighberhood and their professionalism. Although the OG&E makes the apartments area cost a little higher than expexted, otherwise it is a nice place. Thank you for a pleasant place to live.😃✝️🙏🏾

My maintenance issue was swiftly addressed and resolved! The Maintenance Man was polite, fast, and keen to do a good job. He did a Great job on my door, and I can tell the difference!

Chrystal was sooo helpful, answered every single one of my questions too! I am forever grateful for how caring the staff is here and excited to be in OKC! 😁 What an amazing deal as well!

Love my new place so far. When I did have a few minor issues the office and maintenance people were right on it for me! I think I’m going to love living here🖤

Over the past few months you and your staff have gone above and beyond in your duties. I’ve never had any other system that has shown the care and concern y’all have since we moved in.
