I would just like to share the amazing experience I had with this company. My purse was stolen at IKRA and management found it in the trash. They contacted me via Instagram and also found a business card and called me. My passport was in my purse, and no words can express how grateful I am that they are such a kind, considerate and caring staff. The Community Manager Dominic, and Assistant Manager Jay have been incredibly helpful, attentive, and very transparent. Dominic was very upfront and informative with me about the application process when I first came to see the apartment, as I am newly self-employed. I LOVED the apartment though, so I was happy to apply anyway. Jay helped guide me through each step of the process and let me know that I was approved! Since, it has been nothing but very mature, comprehensive and helpful exchanges with the staff- even down to the maintenance personnel, who went out of their way to assist my movers with moving in a few items. All around seamless experience!! highly recommend.

I had a great move in experience with Cottonwood westside… The leasing office and its staff, were very helpful with moving in and knowledgeable about all of their units, Even their maintenance team is professional and has a fast turn-around time. I have enjoyed living here so far, I give them 5+ starts.
