Cottonwood Grove Apartments

For the most part I have loved living here but lately it has not been a good experience for me. The neighbors are wonderful and you feel a good sense of community and don’t have to worry about your kids playing outside. The rent is definitely affordable, especially for all you get, backyard, 2 car garage, and clubhouse and gym for use. But I want to warn not to get on the bad side of management. If you do, you’ll feel like you’re being hounded and constantly walk on eggshells. I’ve had 3 day notice to evict notices left on my door for the slightest violations like garbage cans left in driveway, not passing inspections for a cluttered closet, and such. You’d think that the decent thing would be is to give a warning of the problem before being threatened of getting thrown out of your home. A

Currently live here, and have for the past 3.5 years! I absolutely LOVE it! It’s def one of the nicest and most affordable places to live in Brigham City. Carma was the manager when we first moved in, and she was absolutely wonderful. Dora and Rachel are the current managers, and they both are SO amazing! They are friendly and make living here a fun place! All you have to do is: a) follow the rules b) read your news letter to see anything that needs to be done, or upcoming events c) pay your rent on time d) FOLLOW THE RULES! All the negative reviews on here are from people who do NOT follow the rules. They give you a list of rules and you sign agreeing to them when you sign your lease! We lived here for 3 years and absolutely LOVED it. The property managers are awesome and so helpful, and it was great to have on location matenence. We really enjoyed the clean, and safe atmosphere that as a resident was crucial to our needs. We lived in one of the 3 bedroom twinhomes and really enjoyed the closeness of the park and the unity we felt from our neighbors, we used the clubhouse for many family gatherings and party's. I used the fitness center almost every day and loved that I could bring my kids with me it was so convenient. Rent for us was very manageable at $630 ( for a 3 bedroom 2 bath, with clubhouse/fitness center access, can you believe it!) Lived here for 5 years. This was a great place for my husband and I to start our life together and help us move forward. Great customer service. Management took great care of the property and worked with us whenever we needed. Loved the community center. We were able to use the facilities all the time. Our kids also enjoyed the playground and fun activities that the onsite management had throughout the year. I.e coloring contest, community parties, Easter egg hunt. Come check the place out.

My wife and I have living in Cottonwood Groves for the past 4 years. This is due to how great Management has be to work with. Also this being a low income community our rent has always been fair and affordable. and lastly how the houses and everything I the community are always look nice and are in good repair. I would strongly recommend Cottonwood Groves to anyone.
