Canyon Cove

Lived at Canyon Cove for 25 months and never had trouble with the apartment nor management staff. I felt the cost of rent was average compared to the rest of Brigham but with better quality. I moved because I bought a house but recommend it to anyone looking to rent. I rented a two bedroom, two bath apartment plus garage (garage adds to cost).

I lived here for several years and recently was able to move into a home. I can honestly say after all that time the overall experience was fantastic. I will argue these are the best apartments in the area with great grounds and an awesome staff and management. If ever I had an issue in my unit it was addressed promptly and efficiently, and interactions are always friendly. Mandi is amazing, she is always kind, smiling, and always did anything that she was able to to help us out. I will always recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place.

The manager mandi richens always has a smile makes you feel very welcome your work orders are taken care of right away I've lived here twice regret ever moving the first time this is truly made to feel like home and safe. The amount of room is fantastic the price is perfect and more reasonable then you think and the I've never seen an apartment complex work with you the way they do and care.

Canyon Cove has been an enjoyable place to live for the past 15 months -- for five main reasons: 1. The combined living room, kitchen, and dining area is open and spacious. No claustrophobia here!! 2. Large master bedroom and bathroom. 3. Pet friendly. 4. The surrounding grounds are beautifully maintained. 5. Great office staff! Thank you Mandi and Jean!

I live here before for 5 year and absolutely loved it we move out because we moved out of state. When we came back we moved some were else and absolutely hated it so we move back to Canyon Cove. This place feels like home. Mandi Richens is one of the best managers. If I could give a ten star I would.
